You’ll be able to touch, feel, and experience the quality of our work firsthand, giving you a true sense of what your future home could look like. Our team of experts will be there to guide you throughout the visit, explaining every aspect of the design process, from execution to timelines and financial considerations. We’ll take the time to understand your requirements and preferences, ensuring we offer you a tailored estimate within 24-48 hours. 2. Initial Estimate
Based on your project scope and preferences, we provide a detailed estimate that outlines the costs associated with the interiors. This estimate ensures transparency in your overall budget, giving you a clear understanding of the financial commitment before we proceed further. It allows you to confidently plan your project, knowing the costs involved from the outset.
3. Monetary Commitment
To kick-start your project and secure our services, a monetary commitment is required. This step confirms your intent to proceed with Chic Spaces and allows us to allocate dedicated resources for your project. The commitment also covers essential onboarding formalities, ensuring a seamless and smooth start to the entire process.
4. Design Process Kickoff
Once the monetary commitment is made, we begin the design process. Our team will collaborate closely with you to understand your preferences, functionality needs, and style. Together, we’ll create detailed furniture layouts, false ceiling designs and 3D mock-ups, to help you visualize your ideal space. Your feedback throughout this phase is crucial in refining the designs, ensuring they perfectly reflect your vision.
5. Final bill with Working Drawings
Once the design is finalized, we provide you with the detailed final bill, along with working drawings. These include accurate measurements, specifications, and material details to ensure precision during the execution phase. This step ensures a smooth and seamless transition from design to implementation, setting the foundation for the successful realization of your vision.
6. Execution Kickoff
Once the final designs and bill are approved, we move into the execution phase. Our team of skilled craftsmen and project managers takes the lead in bringing your vision to life. You’ll receive regular updates on progress through the Chic Spaces client app, keeping you informed every step of the way. We also monitor timelines closely to ensure the project is delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.
7. Material Selections
Material selection begins one week after the site execution work starts. This process is highly collaborative, where we guide you in choosing finishes, laminates, fabrics, lighting, and other elements. Our designers ensure that your selections align with the overall theme and budget, providing expert advice to simplify decision-making and ensure your space is both cohesive and visually striking. The material selection process is divided into two phases for a streamlined and focused approach.
8. Ready to Move-in
Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail has been executed to perfection. We then hand over a beautifully designed, fully functional space that is ready for you to move in. Our goal is to ensure that your new interiors strike the perfect balance of comfort, style, and happiness, making your home a true reflection of your vision.
